Cleary Gottlieb Wins M&A Advisor 2023 Cross-Border Restructuring of the Year Award

Cleary Gottlieb has advised on the Cross-Border Restructuring of the Year (Over $1 Billion) at the 17th annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards.

Cleary was recognized for representing certain funds in the voluntary restructuring of Grupo Aeroméxico under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States.

The awards honor the leading turnaround transac­tions, companies, and dealmakers that represent “the best of the distressed investing and reorganization industry.”
