Cleary Gottlieb Wins ITR EMEA 2023 Impact Deal of the Year Award

Cleary Gottlieb has won an International Tax Review (ITR) EMEA 2023 Impact Deal of the Year Award.

The firm was recognized for its work in connection with Haleon’s demerger from GSK at the ITR EMEA Tax Awards. Cleary advised GSK on the U.S. aspects of the separation of its consumer healthcare business into a standalone business held by Haleon.

The ITR EMEA Tax Awards recognize the remarkable achievements of tax professionals throughout EMEA over a 12-month period.
