Cleary Gottlieb Wins International Counsel Law Firm of the Year at Inaugural Chambers Brazil Awards 2022

Cleary Gottlieb has been awarded “Brazil International Counsel Law Firm of the Year” at the inaugural Chambers Brazil Awards 2022.

The award recognizes Cleary’s “strong presence in Brazil,” and reflects the firm’s “outstanding work, impressive strategic growth, and excellence in client service.”

Chambers’ market research found a client commended the firm for keeping “standards very high” and standing out “for their consistency across different partners.” Another market observer noted, “one of the big differences about them is that they have the boots on the ground and a team that can speak Portuguese and carry a deal here in Brazil, it really simplifies things.” Another source commented, “they provide really high-quality services and can really build trust. [Cleary] is one of the best firms in Brazil.”

The award was announced March 31 in São Paulo.
