Cleary Gottlieb Wins 2023 TMA Turnaround & Transaction of the Year Awards

Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized at the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Turnaround & Transaction of the Year Awards, which recognizes the year’s most successful turnarounds and impactful transactions industrywide.

Cleary was recognized for the following turnarounds and transactions:

  • Mega Company Turnaround/Transaction – Garuda Indonesia (the Cleary team included Rich Cooper, Polina Lyadnova, Tom Kessler, Robert Williams, and Carina Wallance)
  • International Company Turnaround/Transaction – LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (the Cleary team included Jeff Lewis, Rich Cooper, Lisa Schweitzer, Luke Barefoot, Adam Brenneman, Duane McLaughlin, Kara Hailey, and Carina Wallance)

The Turnaround & Transaction of the Year Awards are chosen based on a rigorous peer-review process by the TMA Awards Committee, which includes extensive research on each nominated case and consideration of well-defined, measurable outcomes.

Award winners will be honored at the TMA Annual Conference, October 3-6 in San Francisco, CA.
