Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for four Legal Adviser of the Year awards in the 2020 Mergermarket European M&A Awards.

The firm has been shortlisted for:

  • European M&A Legal Adviser of the Year
  • European Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year
  • Finland M&A Legal Adviser of the Year
  • Norway M&A Legal Adviser of the Year

Winners will be announced on December 10, 2020. Nominations for the European M&A awards are based on Mergermarket’s analysis of its M&A league table data to identify the top-ranked firms.
