The nominations include:

• International Law Firm of the Year
• Competition/Regulatory Team of the Year (for the Broadcom/VMware merger)
• Restructuring Team of the Year (for the Atento Group restructuring)
• Partner of the Year (Nallini Puri)
• Unsung Hero (Byron Spring)

The awards recognize the outstanding contributions of legal professionals, firms, and teams within the UK’s legal community.

Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in London on November 27.
