Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for ALB China Law Awards 2023

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for ALB China Law Awards’ 2023 “International Law Firm of the Year” honor, and one deal on which Cleary advised has been named a “Debt Market Deal of the Year – Premium” finalist (Lenovo’s $1.25 billion dual tranche Rule 144A/Reg S bond).

The transaction was Lenovo’s inaugural green bond offering in the international capital markets.
