Cleary Gottlieb Recognized in ‘Best of ABI 2022’

Cleary Gottlieb partners Luke Barefoot and Thomas Kessler and associate Jack Massey’s article, “Recent Demand for Examiners in Major Chapter 11 Cases Highlights Ambiguity in the Code,” was selected for inclusion in the “Best of American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 2022: The Year in Business Bankruptcy.”

The annual collection celebrates the best ABI Journal articles of the year, which cover topics such as out-of-court workouts, receiverships, involuntary bankruptcy strategies, claims issues, third-party releases, international matters, and a range of other topics.
