Cleary Gottlieb Participates in Mansfield Rule 6.0 Certification Process

Cleary Gottlieb is committed to diversifying its global leadership by renewing our participation in the Mansfield Rule certification process facilitated by Diversity Lab.

The Mansfield Rule certification, created by Diversity Lab in mid-2017, requires participating firms to confirm that they consider candidate pools of at least 30% women, underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership roles. The rule also covers promoting into equity partnership and selecting leaders for management roles.
