Deutsche Postbank in €1.8 Billion BHW Takeover

Cleary Gottlieb represents Deutsche Postbank AG, the largest retail bank in Germany, in its approximately €1.8 billion takeover of BHW Holding AG. The share purchase agreement with BHW’s main shareholders for their combined 76.4% stake was signed on October 25.
