Cleary Gottlieb and Legal Aid Society Sue NYPD to Release Disciplinary Summaries

Cleary Gottlieb represents the Legal Aid Society pro bono in its Article 78 proceeding challenging denial of requests for New York Police Department personnel orders, which had been previously been made publicly available for the past 40 years.
