Citi’s CHF 250 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Credit Suisse AG, in an EMTN offering of CHF 250 million of 0.25% fixed-rate notes due 2029, issued by Citigroup Inc. (Citi) on August 30, 2021.

The securities were offered for sale in Switzerland, the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
