Cleary Gottlieb represented Banco Santander México S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Santander México (Santander), HSBC México S.A., and Grupo Financiero HSBC (HSBC) in a bridge credit facility extended to Auna S.A.A. (Auna), which closed on October 5, 2022.

Auna used the proceeds of the facility to acquire Organizacion Clinica America (OCA), the leading healthcare group in Monterrey, Mexico.

Auna is one of the largest and most recognized players in the Latin American healthcare industry.
