Banco Bradesco’s $500 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and UBS, as initial purchasers, in the offering of $500 million 4.375% sustainable notes due 2027, issued by Banco Bradesco S.A. (Banco Bradesco), through its Grand Cayman branch, under a medium-term note program.

The transaction priced on January 10, 2022, and closed on January 18, 2022. Banco Bradesco intends to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds of the offering for the financing or refinancing of “green” and “social” projects meeting the relevant eligibility criteria under its sustainable finance framework dated January 7, 2022.
