Asian Development Bank’s $4.5 Billion Global Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers in the Asian Development Bank’s global offering of $4.5 billion 0.625% notes due April 29, 2025.

The offering is the largest Asian Development Bank single-tranche offering off its global medium-term notes program to date.

The debt offering priced April 21, 2020, and will settle on April 29, 2020.

The Asian Development Bank, headquartered in Manila, Philippines, is a regional multilateral organization established in 1966. With a mission to facilitate sustainable economic development in Asia, it has grown to encompass 68 members since its establishment, of which 49 are from within Asia and the Pacific, and 19 outside.
