Cleary Gottlieb represented Aqua International Partners in connection with the formation of its private equity fund, Aqua International Partners II, L.P. The fund intends primarily to pursue investments in middle-market companies that manufacture products and provide services for renewable resources such as water, solar, wind and alternative bio fuels.
