Andean Telecom Partners in $60 Million Credit Facility

Cleary Gottlieb represented Andean Telecom Partners (ATP), acting through its subsidiary ATP Fiber Colombia S.A.S., as borrower, in a $60 million credit agreement.

The credit agreement was entered into on March 24, 2023, and matures on April 27, 2025. UMB Bank, National Association is serving as administrative agent, and Scotiabank Colpatria and Bancolombia are lenders under the credit agreement.

The credit agreement is guaranteed by ATP Tower Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries Andean Telecom Partners Chile SpA, Andean Tower Partners Colombia S.A.S., Andean Telecom Partners Peru S.R.L., ATP Fiber Chile SpA, and Redes de Fibra del Peru S.R.L, and secured by a lien on the shares of ATP’s operating subsidiaries.

ATP is the largest privately owned provider of telecommunications and digital infrastructure in the Andean region. It operates in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Paraguay, and serves telecom operators and wireless carriers along with playing a central role in enabling mobile and broadband connectivity in the Andean region.
