American Express to Sell Accertify to Accel-KKR

Cleary Gottlieb is representing American Express in its sale of Accertify Inc. (Accertify) to Accel-KKR.

The transaction signed on January 14, 2024, and is subject to customary closing conditions. The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
