América Móvil in $750 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil S.A.B. de C.V. (América Móvil) in its offering of $750 million 4.7% senior notes due 2032.

The offering was a SEC-registered takedown, and the notes will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, and Barclays Capital acted as underwriters for the transaction. The transaction priced on July 18, 2022, and closed on July 21, 2022.
