Cleary Gottlieb represented Actavis in its $70.5 billion acquisition of Allergan, the biggest deal of 2014. The transaction, which closed today, makes Actavis one of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies by sales revenue, with combined annual pro forma revenues of more than $23 billion anticipated in 2015.
