$425 Million Public Offering by Affiliated Managers Group

Cleary Gottlieb is representing the underwriters, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Securities, in a public offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock by Affiliated Managers Group, a global asset management company.

The offering, which was announced today, is expected to gross proceeds of approximately $425 million and close on June 10, 2016. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of common stock, which if exercised would increase such expected gross proceeds to $489 million.
