Cleary Gottlieb partner Jane VanLare will be a speaker at the Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference 2025, organized by The Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Club, an independent student-led organization of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

This year’s conference theme is “Beyond Bankruptcy: Innovative Approaches to Liability Management.” Jane will speak on the panel, “Recent Developments in Chapter 11 and Cross-Border Restructurings.”
