On February 20, 2013, Cleary Gottlieb counsel James H. Freis appeared as a speaker at the “PWC Academy - The Fight Against Financial Crime” workshop. Mr. Freis participated as the keynote speaker and delivered a lecture on views on the current trends in AML regulation and enforcement actions.
