From October 19-20, 2010, Cleary Gottlieb partners Edward J. Rosen, Seth Grosshandler and Michael D. Dayan appeared at the Practising Law Institute program “Advanced Swaps & Other Derivatives.”
Mr. Rosen chaired the program and appeared on panels entitled “Swaps and Security-Based Swaps, Swap Dealers, and Major Swap Participants” and “Swap Activities of Financial Institutions.”
Mr. Grosshandler moderated a panel entitled “Insolvency and Resolution Authority” and Mr. Dayan moderated a panel entitled “Principal Issues for Consideration and Negotiation in Derivatives Documentation - Implications of the New Regime.”
