Italian Civil Procedure Code Reform and the New Tribunale delle imprese

Overview
On December 18, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices will host a seminar entitled Italian Civil Procedure Code Reform and the New Tribunale delle imprese (“Le recenti riforme del processo civile e il nuovo Tribunale delle Imprese”). Speakers at the seminar will include associates Ludovica Marvasi and Arnaldo Bernardi. The seminar will be in Italian.

This course offers both transitional and non-transitional CLE credits. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) will be available only for those who attend in person.
