Cleary Gottlieb partner Yaron Reich participated in the Institute of International Bankers Annual Seminar on U.S. Taxation of International Banks. Yaron spoke on a panel titled “Federal Tax Developments: Proposed Section 385 Regulations.” The panel discussed recently proposed Sec. 385 regulations and their impact in particular on foreign-owned financial institutions.
