Cleary Gottlieb partner Christopher Moore participated in the International Bar Association’s (IBA) When Arbitration Meets Crime Conference.
Chris spoke on the panel, “Discovery of Criminal Offenses by the Arbitral Tribunal,” which explored what happens when a tribunal discovers that criminal offenses such as bribery, corruption, and money laundering might have been committed.
The conference was co-presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee, the IBA Business Crime Committee, and the IBA Criminal Law Committee, and supported by the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee, the IBA Asset Recovery Committee, the IBA Latin American Regional Forum, and the IBA Litigation Committee.
