IBA 2022 Annual Conference

Cleary Gottlieb partners Lisa Schweitzer and James Norris-Jones, and ClearyX CEO Carla Swansburg participated in the IBA 2022 Annual Conference.

On November 3, Lisa spoke on the IBA panel, “Multinational LATAM Companies in Distress: Chapter 11 or Chapter 15 of U.S. Bankruptcy Code – Opportunities and Pitfalls,” and Carla spoke on the IBA panel, “Practice of Law in the Gig Economy Redux: Legal Tech Regulations, Impact on Young Lawyers and Next-Gen Platforms.”

On November 2, James participated in the UK Ministry of Justice roundtable, “Developments in Arbitration: Insights From Around the World.”
