Cleary Gottlieb partner Adam Fleisher, senior counsel Edward Greene, and associate Stephanie Rohlfs participated in the Going Public in the 2020s Conference, hosted by Columbia Law School/Business School Program in the Law and Economics of Capital Markets.

Adam spoke on the panel, “IPOs.” Edward was one of the conference organizers. Stephanie spoke on the panel, “Going Public Privately.”

The event was part of the New Special Study of the Securities Markets.
