On March 15, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices will host a seminar entitled “Drag-along and Tag-along Rights and an Overview of Redeemable Shares” (“Patti di co-vendita (drag along tag along) e cenni sulle azioni riscattabili”). Speakers at the event are senior attorney Stefano De Dominicis and associate Marco Spada. The seminar will be in Italian.
2 credits will be awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) are available only for those who attend in person.
