On May 31, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb’s Rome and Milan offices hosted a seminar entitled “Distribution Agreements under EU Competition Law: Reg. EU 330/2010 and the Guidance on Vertical Restraints” (I contratti di distribuzione nel diritto della concorrenza: il Regolamento UE n. 330/2010 e gli Orientamenti sulle restrizioni verticali).

The seminar was held in Italian. Two credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. 2 credits were awarded under the New York Bar CLE Program.
