On November 11, 2014 Cleary Gottlieb hosted a panel discussion in its Frankfurt office on “Antitrust Law and Arbitration“ in association with the DIS (the German Institution of Arbitration). The panel featured Dr. Tilman Makatsch, Head of Competition Litigation, Deutsche Bahn AG and Dr. Jan-Michael Ahrens, Head of Infrastructure and Cities Litigation, Siemens AG.
