On November 21, 2011 Cleary Gottlieb partners Romano Subiotto QC and Thomas Graf along with associate Kathleen W. Bradish, former associate Heather M. Johnson and consultant Damien Gerard appeared as speakers at the IGLP Harvard Law School, Current Developments in EU and US Antitrust Law seminar.
Mr. Subiotto participated in the session entitled “Reverse Patent Settlement Agreements Where Does the EU Commission Stand at Present?” Mr. Graf participated in the session entitled “The EU Commission’s Review of Practices in the IT Sector.”
