Covered Bonds: Italian Regulatory Issues and Tax Aspects

On February 29, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb’s Rome and Milan offices hosted a seminar entitled “Covered Bonds: Italian Regulatory Issues and Tax Aspects” (“Covered bond: disposizioni di vigilanza e profili fiscali”). Speakers at the event were associates Laura Prosperetti, Bernardo Massella and Gianluca Russo. The seminar was held in Italian.

2 credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) was available only for those who attended in person. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York for the period December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013.
