CONSOB Precedents on Mandatory Tender Offers: Amendments to the Issuers' Regulation

On December 14, 2011, Cleary Gottlieb’s Milan and Rome offices hosted a seminar entitled “CONSOB Precedents on Mandatory Tender Offers: Amendments to the Issuers’ Regulation” (“Orientamenti Consob in tema di OPA obbligatoria alla luce delle modifiche al Regolamento Emittenti”). Cleary Gottlieb associates Paolo Rainelli and Francesco Iodice were speakers at the event. The seminar was held in Italian.

2 credits were awarded under the Italian Continuing Legal Education Program. New York CLE Credit (2 credits) were available for those who attended in person.
