Cleary Gottlieb’s Brussels office is hosting an M&A Challenge for Belgian law students in their final Bachelor year or first or second Master on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. During the challenge, our lawyers will take you through an M&A auction process, from due diligence and deciding on a negotiation strategy, all the way through to closing (followed by celebratory drinks and bites!).
