Webinar
On March 10, 2021, most of the new financial sector disclosure obligations provided for under EU Regulation 2019/2088 will enter into force. Starting on such date, European credit institutions, investment banks, insurance firms, asset managers, pension funds, and financial advisers shall publish their policies on the integration of sustainability risks in investment decision‐making processes or advice, and explain how ESG risks are likely to impact investment returns. The new disclosure regime will imply complex reorganizations for firms.
We discussed this with Prof. Michele Siri – Director of the Jean Monnet EUSFIL Centre of Excellence, and member of CONSOB’s Market Operators and Investors Committee and of the Joint Board of Appeal of the EBA, EIOPA, and ESMA – and Cleary associate Clara Cibrario Assereto.
The seminar was part of the Cleary Breakfast series.
