From May 27-29, 2010, Cleary Gottlieb partner Mario Siragusa appeared at the Ninth Conference of the Association of European Competition Law Judges seminar entitled “Cartels, Economics and Justice.”  He delivered a speach entitled “Economics of Cartels: Evidence, Argument and Judicial Appreciation” and appeared at the round table entitled “The Courts, Cartels and Optimal Enforcement.”
