ALSF Capacity Building Workshop on Dispute Resolution

Cleary Gottlieb counsel Laurie Achtouk-Spivak and associate Zeïneb Bouraoui facilitated a workshop on dispute resolution for the government of Zimbabwe, organized by the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF).

The participants included over 30 mid-career and senior practitioners involved in complex commercial transactions in Africa, and the workshop included interactive presentations, practical exercises, and plenary discussions.
