On November 7, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb partners Lisa M. Schweitzer and Richard J. Cooper appeared as panelists at ABI’s U.S. / Mexico Restructuring Symposium.  Ms. Schweitzer participated in the panel entitled “Cross-Border Recognition Issues Between U.S. and Mexico.”  Mr. Cooper participated in the panel entitled “Challenges and Strategic Consideration of Large Corporate Filling in Mexico.”
