Cleary Gottlieb associate Naomi Tarawali was a panelist at the 1st AfAA Annual International Arbitration Conference.

Naomi spoke on the panel, “Investment Arbitration Developments in Africa: We Are Awake But Are We Smelling the Coffee?” The panel discussed recent changes in legislation by African States  in  their attempt  to  curb  the  adverse  effects of  investment arbitration and the wider implications of such changes.
