From the beginning, our associates are part of a collaborative endeavor and are expected to solve problems—not just take directions. New associates work in teams with our more experienced lawyers and immediately are given substantive assignments and significant responsibility.
- Qualification Requirements. For associate positions, candidates need to demonstrate exceptional academic ability, fluency in spoken and written English, hold an English language LL.M. degree from a leading law school, and be qualified in an EU member state or have a proof of qualification path. To join our Corporate practice, a Belgian law degree is also required. To join our Antitrust practice, candidates who do not hold an English language LL.M. degree need to have at least 2-year relevant working experience in competition law.
