Freeman Chan’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, privatizations and IPOs of Hong Kong and PRC corporations on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and stock exchanges in the PRC and the United States.

Freeman joined the firm as a partner in 2011. Prior to joining Cleary, he was a partner at another international law firm in Hong Kong.
