Cleary Gottlieb represented Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte (Edenor), as borrower, in a medium-term facility of up to $50 million granted by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Dubai Branch, as lender, and governed by English law.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A. acted as administrative agent.

Edenor is the largest electricity distribution company in Argentina.
