Cleary Gottlieb partners Daniel Ilan and Katherine Mooney Carroll have been named to the National Law Journal’s (NLJ) 2019 list of Technology Trailblazers.
Daniel’s profile highlighted that he was among the first to pioneer due diligence and investigating privacy, security, and data-related risks in M&A transactions. Katherine, who held positions at the U.S. Department of Defense prior to joining Cleary, was noted as counsel to one of the first companies to launch a cryptocurrency exchange in the U.S.
