This Restricted Transfer Addendum (“RTA”) supplements Cleary’s Terms and Conditions and Engagement Letters under which our clients instruct us to provide them with services.
It applies when personal data is transferred between us and our clients and such transfer is from the EEA or the UK, as applicable, to a country which is not covered by an “adequacy decision” (or “adequacy regulations” in the UK).
This RTA is intended to comply with the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR and UK GDPR (Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organisations).
